I hope you enjoyed your treatment with DeLuna Wellbeing.

You may feel a difference from the treatment straight away, or it may take a few days for everything to rebalance correctly.  I will already have discussed recommended follow-up treatment with you, if required.

 

After your treatment it is advisable:

 

  • to go home, relax and avoid strenuous exercise.  

  • to get plenty of sleep 

  • to drink plenty of water for the next few days to flush out toxins which may have been released during treatment (around double what you would normally drink)

As discussed during/after your treatment there are a number of recommended exercises for you to carry-out following your KCR treatment:

Calf Stretch.png

Calf Stretches:

​

Do this once a day for 60-90 seconds

Using the bottom step, keep one foot on step and drop heel of other foot, feeling the stretch from the top of the leg right down to calf muscles.Swap to other foot. Hold for 60-90 seconds each side.move one foot off bottom step and let it drop, stretching the calf muscle.

Always make sure you are safe

Chin tuck and swallow:

Do this as much as possible throughout the day

Tuck your chin in to bring your neck back into line, keeping the teeth slightly apart, then swallow (Move chin back, not down, like it’s on a rail) - this helps to realign your neck posture .

Wrist stretches:

​

Do this as much as possible throughout the day

The first stretch is with palms together in prayer position – push from heel of hand (and make sure to keep shoulders down) to feel stretch in wrists

Then do in reverse, pointing the fingertips downwards with the back of the hands together.

Hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds
