Holistic Facial

A facial treatment is looked upon generally as a beauty treatment. However, my Holistic Facial is more than that.

Yes, I will work on your skin to cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise it. Yes, you will leave with your skin looking and feeling amazing. But you'll leave feeling refreshed and recharged too.

After a consultation to determine your skin type and needs I will choose the products that will work for you.

I use Eve Taylor of London products which are not tested on animals and are made using high-quality, pure natural essential oils. A lot of the products are vegan too, and they all smell AMAZING!

My standard Holistic Facial lasts 60 minutes, but you also have the option of a Deluxe Holistic Facial which is a 90 minute treatment.

I'll begin the treatment with some relaxation techniques & breathing to unwind your body and calm your mind. I will then:

❤️ do an eye & lip cleanse

❤️ do a superficial cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté

❤️ do a deep cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté using soft cleansing brushes

❤️ do exfoliation of the face, neck and décolleté

❤️ apply toner to your of the face, neck and décolleté

❤️ do massage of the face, neck, décolleté and shoulder area (the deluxe massage also includes facial reflexology and acupressure and an arm/hand massage)

❤️ apply a face masque with soft brushes

❤️ do Reiki energy healing whilst masque soaks in

❤️ remove the face masque using hot mitts

❤️ apply eye gel and moisturiser

Throughout the treatment I will encourage you to be mindful and relaxed, ensuring your get the most from your treatment.

Contra-indications and cautions

Conditions completely contra-indicated: acute infectious diseases; skin infections (including impetigo, boils, ringworm, scabies, lice); shingles; deep vein thrombosis; client undertaking chemotherapy or radiotherapy; recent haemorrhage; intoxication; high temperature or fever; recent scar tissue

There are other contra-indications that may restrict treatment. Treatment may be able to proceed but be adapted or carried out avoiding certain body parts. These will be discussed during consultation

GP written consent may be required for treatment to proceed for some ailments/conditions. This is required for insurance purposes.

Deluxe Holistic Facial - £80 per treatment (90 minutes)
