Half Day Retreat

I offer a blissful Half Day Retreat (3 hours) to nurture your mind, body and soul.

This half-day retreat is blissful 3 hour treat for the mind body and soul which includes:

a short guided relaxation
a relaxing full body massage used warmed oils
a soothing and relaxing Holistic facial treatment (including double cleanse, exfoliation, tone, face massage, masque, moisturising) using amazing Eve Taylor of London products which are a delight for the skin and the senses
Scalp massage
Reiki/energy healing

If you'd prefer other treatment combinations, like adding in KCR or Facial Rejuvenation massage then I can do that. Your session can be tailor made for you!

Reiki infused water will be available to refresh you during and after your treatment.

You'll be floating home afterwards.

The investment is £150 (a 50% deposit is required to book).

Relax and Revive

My Relax & Revive package will help you relax and forget all about work and any other stresses you have! You'll leave the room feeling relaxed and ready to tackle anything.

A 60 minute indulgent treat for the mind, body and soul. We’ll start with a blissful back, neck and shoulder massage using warmed aromatic oils. Once that is done, I’ll cover you with soft cosy blankets and you can choose from either:

a scalp & face massage

relaxing Reiki therapy

a soothing arm, hand & face massage

a mini Facial using Eve Taylor of London amazing products (£5 supplement)

Investment: £55 (£5 supplement for facial)

Restore

My Restore package will bring you back into balance not just physically, but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

This package will be Intuitive and Heart-Centred, discussing what is going on with you and determining the healing needed. This may include me doing a combination of therapies such as Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Fascia/Connective Tissue Release, Massage, Crystal Healing, Reiki/Energy healing and Biofield Sound Tuning Therapy.

This treatment can help with a number of issues including chronic pain, stress, low energy, feeling disconnected, anxiety etc.

Glow

Introducing the Glow Package.

The Glow combines my favourite therapies - my Facial Rejuvenation Massage (which all my clients who have tried it have LOVED it) and Reiki healing.

This blissful 90 minute treatment will include:

A guided relaxation to calm the mind and body
Gentle massage of the neck, shoulders & scalp
A super relaxing facial rejuvenation massage, using a combination of highly effective techniques drawn from Japanese and Indian facial massage, acupressure and facial reflexology
Reiki/energy healing to help you heal and come back into balance

This holistic treatment feels AMAZING and you will most definitely leave my therapy room feeling and looking more relaxed.

It not only works on the face and neck, but also balances your energy.

There are so many benefits to this therapy including:-

This therapy treatment will soothe away your aches and pains, have your skin looking and feeling great, and have you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.

After a consultation to determine your skin type and needs I will choose the products that will work for you for your facial. I use Eve Taylor of London products which are not tested on animals and are made using high-quality, pure natural essential oils. A lot of the products are vegan too! And they all smell AMAZING!

I'll begin the treatment with some relaxation techniques & breathing to unwind your body and calm your mind.

I will then do a relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage using a variety of strokes and techniques to soothe away your aches and pains.

After that I will turn you over onto your back and get you all comfy and cosy again. Then it's time for your facial where I'll:

do an eye & lip cleanse
do a superficial cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté
do a deep cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté
do exfoliation of the face, neck and décolleté
apply toner to your face, neck and décolleté
do a relaxing massage of neck, shoulders and face
apply a face masque with soft brushes. Whilst that is soaking in I'll do a relaxing arm & hand massage. Once finished I'll remove the face masque with hot towels
apply eye gel, moisturiser (& SPF if desired) and moisturising lip balm

Throughout the treatment I will encourage you to be mindful and relaxed, ensuring your get the most from your treatment. You'll be comfy and cosy on my heated bed, drifting away listening to soft relaxing music.

I will stimulate your senses and help you to stay present and mindful through using a mixture of heat and cold, different aromas, and a variety of touches/techniques.
