What is a Bespoke Treatment?

 

Rather than you choosing a specific treatment, you can book in with me for a designated timeslot - usually 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

 

I can create a bespoke treatment for you to treat you holistically and nurture/heal your mind, body and soul.  Prior to your treatment, we'll have a chat (this can be by text, messenger etc) to see what's going on with you - if you have any particular issues, or if you're feeling stressed etc.  I will then intuitively suggest what treatment(s) I believe best suit you, taking into account your needs and desired outcome for the treatment.

 

Can I choose the Bespoke Treatment?

 

Yes, you can choose your treatment and ask for a combination of treatments that I offer (for details of these treatments click here).
